ANNABELLA Galt This is not quite what I expected. It's unlike any jacket I've ever had. It's made from plastic bottles. It's lightweight and warm. I haven't tested it in the rain yet. Overall, I'm very pleased with it. I always order an 18 in Regatta jackets. They are "roomy", but a 16 would be a bit tight, especially if I wanted an extra layer. I don't think I will need an extra layer with this one, though. It feels VERY insulated!
